Cyc, syc
(fr. indienne) – chintz; a thin cotton fabric, plain or printed with colourful patterns, a type of fine percale. Originally, chintz was imported from India and from the 18th century produced in Europe, also in Poland. From the mid-18th century, it was widely used for clothing and upholstery.
