Gulden
(prop. goldwasser) – Gdańsk vodka; herbal and spicy sweet tincture containing extracts from rosemary, anise, cinnamon, cloves, thymus, lavender, and gold flakes (“gold water”). Its origins date back to the 16th century and Ambroży Vermoolen from Gdańsk, who is considered its inventor.
