Kordiał

cordial; Old Polish tincture prepared with cinnamon, vanilla, oranges, peaches, raspberries, clove, blackcurrants, honey, and lemon; known for its warming properties, recommended for colds and long winter nights. The tincture was believed to strengthen the heart and cardiovascular system.
