Frykando
(Fr.) – a cut of the pork, veal, or game leg, rotisserie-roasted, baked, or stewed with vegetables and spices; also, very popular veal stew. Frykando was often prepared for Joanna von Stein Lubomirska, the wife of the crown standard-bearer.
